Hello 109!!!!!Haven't posted for quite long. I don't like bio PT. YUCK. My group is like super slow. Right now it seems like only me and Lei Rong are doing work. Unfair.Gahhhh. I haven't even chosen my ERP book. Most probably will be doing Falling Leaves by Adeline Yen Mah. Cos I have the book. =) Does anyone know when ERP is due???i've decided not to use caps at the start of every sentence cos it's really tiring.
now bout judo! judo training on thursday almost killed me. no. yes. seriously. we did like dunno how many rounds of FROG JUMPS and some other kind of jump. yuck. i hate frog jumps. we did the other kind of jump first. than when the coach said it was the last round then every body was like yay! then aft every1 finished the first kind of jump the coach was like "frog jumps". then everybody was like hhhhhuhhhh.... but they still did in the end. the worst thing was that we juniors had to do it too! and we did it like before warming up. so aft tt my thighs hurt like crazy. n they're still hurting now. gahhh.
then aft warming up we (e juniors) went outside to train. wif 1 black belt senior. then we played this gamey thingy. but seriously. its not a game. its a judo thingy. we had to slide around. yes SLIDE. that's how we're supposed to move in judo. which means our feet cannot be off the ground at any point of time. then we had to go around cupping other people's necks. n if u get cupped, u have to do 3 yucky push ups. hey. tt's no joke okay. cos we get cupped like really often. n then aft doing 3 push ups we had to get up n go try cupping ppl's necks again. if u get cupped again then that's just too bad. we did this for like 15 min???
then we had to do something like that again. just that this time we had to hug that person from e back. then if u got hugged you'll have to do 3 push ups. just like the previous game. so horrible rite??? n the worst thing was tt we werent allowed to drink water. gahhhh.
then we had to do something like tt again. just tt we had to hug tt person n CARRY her. yeah. i think this time was a competition. once u got carried u wld go out. yeah. n no push ups! it was a last one standing game. i didnt carry anybody. i couldnt.
then another judo game. we had to move around with our knees bent (its a judo stance) and slap other people's thighs. 3 sit ups/push ups. we could chose. of course i chose sit ups. but we were doing on the hard floor so i decided i wld just cheat. as in not going down fully. if not super painful eh.
then we had a competition! it was based on the previous game. the slapping thigh one. we split up into 2 teams. it was a one to one competition. then the team that lost wld have to do 20 push ups. haha. my team won! yay! so we didn't do any push ups. =)
then we had to pair up. we were taught another technique. so we practiced with each other. my partner was anxing. the girl who was ranked 1st. haha. no.1 with no.15. so ironic. so we had to do the 1st technique 10 times then change over. the the other person 10 times then change over. it seems like this really small figure. but really. its quite tiring.
then we were taught the second technique! we had to do 5 times then change over. it is really quite tiring. we had to do 4 quite long. its super tiring . trust me.
then we rested! but we were not allowed to drink water. so horrible rite? n the break isn't like 5 min or anything its just sitting on the ground for a few seconds. then we were taught a 3rd technique. but not complete. so we practiced. n practiced n practiced.
then we had this really long whiteboard session with the coach. learning some judo stuff we'll be tested on. for like half an hr. yeah. but we learned lots of stuff i can't even remember.
then we took our weight and our gi size! yay! my gi size is 2.5. yay! i wanna get the gi soon =) and aft tt we shifted the mats back into the underground place. and then we were released! half an hr late AGAIN. sad rite?
